We can confirm that replacement suckers are available to order from your retailer.
The product code is 2206. Please note that these suckers are for use with both the PF and CF filters.
The location hook is packed in the box in-between the Biomedia chamber and back of filter. It can be difficult to spot.
However, if it is not included, unfortunately, it is not a listed spare part and in this instance please contact our Customer Care team.
We are sorry to inform you that, unfortunately, on this rare occasion, an error has been made on the CF packaging.
The manual that you have received with your CF Filter appears to be for a new model of the CF Filter, which unfortunately, has not been released for sale yet.
We can confirm that the current models of CF are not supplied with a lid, please note that this is perfectly safe for your fish. We offer our apologies that a mistake has been made and for any confusion/inconvenience caused.
The CF filter is designed to have an overflow system. The overflow does not signify that the filter is excessively dirty but is the correct functioning of the system.
Carry out your usual monthly maintenance and change the cartridge every 28 days for optimal performance.
If you have a lot of fish and/or you feed a lot, it would be worth checking the cartridge slightly more frequently.
